Devotional: Living and Loving Wholeheartedly
Genesis 1:27
God created humanity in God’s own image, in the divine image God created them, male and female God created them.
Masterpiece Maker, your every move is intentional. You act out of love and grace, and everything you touch has a hint of holiness. Give me courage to ARISE and be the person you created me to be. Amen.

Devotional: Surviving our Seasons of Suffering
Psalm 121:1-2
I raise my eyes toward the mountains. Where will my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the maker of heaven and earth.
Sovereign Ruler, you have walked in paths of solitude and suffering. You are always present, always able, and always offering hope. Give me strength to ARISE from the challenges of this world and find peace in you. Amen.

Devotional: How Can We Shout for Joy?
Psalm 3:3-4
But you, Lord, are my shield! You are my glory! You are the one who restores me. I cry out loud to the Lord, and he answers me from his holy mountain.
Faithful Healer, your mercies are new every morning, and you provide undeserved grace to every generation. Your Spirit offers comfort in pain and joy in restoration. Give me hope so that my heart may ARISE in your love through all circumstances. Amen.

Devotional: When Barnabas Blew It
Galatians 5:1
Christ has set us free for freedom. Therefore, stand firm and don’t submit to the bondage of slavery again.
Gracious Forgiver, you are the only righteous and perfect judge, yet you choose to restore and hold no one’s sins against them. Give me confidence in your forgiveness so that I ARISE healed and redeemed. Amen.
Music: Resurrender

Devotional: How to Punch Holes in the Darkness Until it Bleeds Light
1 Peter 2:9-10
But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people who are God’s own possession. You have become this people so that you may speak of the wonderful acts of the one who called you out of darkness into his amazing light. Once you weren’t a people, but now you are God’s people. Once you hadn’t received mercy, but now you have received mercy.
Holy Parent, you always think the very best of your children. Your heart hurts when those you love demean themselves and diminish who you have created them to be. Give me vision to leave behind my negative self-talk and ARISE to understand that I am a treasured child of a mighty God. Amen.
Music: Unconditional

Devotional: Looking Up
2 Corinthians 12:8-9
I pleaded with the Lord three times for it to leave me alone. He said to me, “My grace is enough for you, because power is made perfect in weakness.” So I’ll gladly spend my time bragging about my weaknesses so that Christ’s power can rest on me.
Sufficient Savior, you are a miracle worker. You take what would appear to have no worth and turn it into something beautiful, remarkable, and priceless. You, and you alone, are able to do such things. Give me grace to acknowledge that I have nothing to offer, and to ARISE restored and blessed. Amen.
Music: I’m Here for You
